Wayne Castonguay, new Executive Director for the Ipswich River Watershed Association, will join us to introduce himself and give a brief overview of his observations of the IRWA during his first month on the job that may be of interest to TU.  At this early stage in his tenure, he primarily wants to learn more about TU’s role relative to the river and how he can help us advance mutual goals.
