What is MA/RI TU Council you may ask?  There is an assembly of people representing the local Chapters of Trout Unlimited within each state. Massachusetts and Rhode Island are combined because of their small size.  This assembly coordinates the efforts of the Chapters and aggregates their individual voices to be more clarion at the national level of TU.
